The rain continues and so does VBS thanks to facilities that enables us to enjoy the fun and study of God's Word. Our new Bibles provided by Sister Carol were a hit last night and we thank her and all the workers at VBS for ministering to the kids. God is good even when it rains.

Today we read Psalms 8 and 9 and Hebrews 6.

Have you ever asked what is man that the God of Heaven would be interested in him? Our Holy and Righteous God seeing all our failures and yet having a plan of redemption that reaches through our filthiness to give cleansing and forgiveness, that's grace." Grace, grace, God's grace, grace that will pardon and cleanse within." This you encounter in chapter 8 and in chapter 9 the riches of the poor and downtrodden are found in their faith. Looking unto God we can overcome for we know He is with us and has not forgotten His promises. Please read verse 9 carefully and with your hi-lighter mark this promise as one to remember. Then rejoice with the Psalmist as he writes verse 10.

In Hebrews 6 we come in contact with the covenants of God made to man. When God promises He can promise by no other name than His own for He cannot lie. Our hope is steadfast and sure and is an anchor for our soul. " To God be the glory, great things He hath done, so loved He the world that He gave us His Son."

It is now 1:30 and here I am thinking of His grace and rejoicing that I know the love of God for you and me. Have a blessed day.
