Our reading for today is from Judges 4-6. Chapter 4 begins and shows the current situation of Israel with God. Chapter 5 gives the details of the overthrow of the Canaanites which explained by Josephus the historian ,"God sent a violent rain and hail storm which took away the advantage of chariots. The wheels sank in the mud and were stuck. The song of Deborah. Chapter 6 opens with the children of Israel doing evil again. Read about the fleece of Gideon. Gideon had a hard time believing God would use him.
